Disable renegotiation completely - this fixes a severe security problem at the cost of breaking all renegotiation.Renegotiation can be re-enabled by setting OPENSSL_ENABLE_UNSAFE_LEGACY_SESSION_RENEGOTATION at compile-time. This is really not recommended.
